Spring Hill Hit and Run

To the driver who struck my Jeep Cherokee at 4:47 AM on October 16:

I possess clear 4K video showing you strike my vehicle and deliberately flee the scene.

Your conduct is a crime under Idaho Code § 49-1301. I have immediately turned this evidence over to law enforcement and seek the absolute maximum criminal prosecution and all available civil remedies — including restitution, punitive damages, attorneys’ fees, and lawful restraint of assets — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Additionally, via counsel, I will offer a reward for information. Anyone who provides information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the offender will receive a discretionary $500 to $1,000 reward. I fight this battle on principle, as this reckless behavior will not be tolerated in Springhill. Cameras, police, evidence, and your neighbors will eventually roll on you.

I will provide a 24 hour grace period, in which, if the perpetrator volunteers themselves, I will reconsider my prosecution and take down this website.
